Jooles conducted a naming ceremony for our son, not only was she professional but she was also very personable and made us all feel so comfortable.

Jooles took time ahead of the ceremony to really get to know us and our choice of Guardians so the whole ceremony ran smoothly.

So pleased we had Jooles as part of our day.

Jooles met with my father and I to discuss and write the eulogy for my mums funeral and then later the interment.

Jooles was very patient, kind and compassionate. Allowing us time to reflect. She took away our notes and created a beautiful tribute to her memory.

My dad was very pleased with the eulogy and also with the way in which Jooles delivered it.

She didn’t come across like she knew my mum (as she didn’t) but delivered it in a way that demonstrated it came from us.

Others that attended also said she had done an outstanding job of delivering the eulogy. It’s such an emotive time and can’t be done again, but Jooles was amazing. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family if they’re ever in the situation whereby her services are required

Julie led the funeral for my dad.

From the moment we met her, we felt at ease and she wrote the most beautiful service for him. Her words captured what we wanted to say perfectly.
